Our Strategy:

The Productive Lives program consists of a three step process, each step containing various requirements and responsibilities. All parts of the step, in which the participant finds him/herself, are required for his/her interaction within the program. The time it takes each participant to advance through each step of the process, will depend on the individual’s progress in the different areas throughout the process. As the participant progresses through the steps, certain aspects of the former steps will still be required of the participant even though he/she advances. Given below, is a brief description of each step.

Step 1:
1. The participant will volunteer in any or all areas of ministry.
2. The participant will attend a work Bible study.
3. The participant will meet with a mentor to discuss the area of finances.
4. The participant will go through a skill assessment to discover what areas he/she is best suited to work in.

Step 2:
1. The participant will work a small part-time job in one of our areas of ministry.
2. The participant will work on building a résumé for future job opportunities.
3. The participant will begin to search for jobs.

Step 3:
1. The participant will go through the process of re-entry into the work field.
2. The participant will experience ongoing discipleship in the areas of finances and work ethic.
3. The participant will receive ongoing support wherever necessary

Once the participant has advanced through all the steps of the Productive Lives program, it is expected that he/she will be a fully functional person in the diverse areas of personal life, society, and work ethic. The process will be rigorous, and the participant will be required to learn to submit to authority and mentorship through the guidance of the leaders of Productive Lives.
